- If God already knows everything that we are thinking and experiencing, why is it important to take everything to Him in prayer?
- What is something about a current trial in your life that you can be thankful for?
- Verse 7 informs us that there is a peace that passes understanding.
- How have you experienced that kind of peace in your life?
Going Deeper - Philippians 4:4-7
- In your own life, do you think joy produces peace, or is peace more likely to produce joy?
- Explain your response and why it matters which comes first.
- Do peace and joy always coincide? Why? or Why not?
- Tylor asked us how “bright” the world was in our lives right now in comparison to Jesus.
- How do you answer that question?
- What is one thing that is threatening to blind you to the “glory and grace” of Christ in your life these days?
